William Cullen

William Cullen (Managing Director & Project Manager) is a freelance sound engineer and project manager based in Wicklow. William has in excess of 30 years management experience in the entertainment, construction, agriculture and maritime industries. William is an experienced audio engineer, working directly with performers to facilitate international touring and performances. He also works extensively with event companies, co-ordinating setup and de rig across some of the largest venues in Ireland.

Kelly Ware

Kelly Ware (Secretary/Logistics) has 7 year’s professional experience in the area of Supply Chain with a major pharmaceuticals company. She is skilled in Data Analysis, Change Management, Forecasting, Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Negotiation, Procurement and Project Management. In addition to a BA (Hons).in Science from Trinity College, she has completed a M.Appl.Sc (Enterprise systems) at UCG. Kelly plays a mean tune on the fiddle.

Alan Kelly

Alan Kelly Alan is a 35 year old male with 14 years experience in the Irish audio industry. During this time he has worked in a broad range of areas of the industry including music, radio, television and online content. Formerly the house engineer in Windmill Lane Recording Studios, he has been self employed for 7 years. Alan is particularly experienced in the areas of live event production, conferencing, and also in the design of hybrid audio solutions in a corporate environment.

Jamie Ware (After Sales Manager) is a very experienced and successful Solution Sales Professional with a proven track record over 10+ years of selling complex software and platform solutions into Large Enterprise, Financial Institutions, Government and Mid-Market Sectors.

Courtney Jameson

Courtney Jameson (Non-Executive Director) is a Chartered accountant (ACA) and chartered tax advisor (CTA) holding the position of Tax Associate Director in the transaction taxes department of one of Irelands largest accountancy firms, her areas of specialisation being corporate restructuring and reorganisation. In her spare time Courtney is an innovative music composer, pianist and flautist and has toured the world in these roles.

Markus Kison

With a background in digital media art, Markus has developed and produced preproduction prototypes, design fiction products, physical simulations, digital augmented sculptures, public space memorials, functional renderings and minimal interactive infographics. To date he has worked for PCH Innovations, Cartier International, VW, Denso, AUDI, Axel Springer, National Art Center Tokyo, V2_, Ars Electronica Center. He has exhibited in various museums worldwide and received several international media design awards.

Charlotte Cullen

Lottie Cullen (Media Content) is a multi instrumentalist, composer and member of several internationally renowned bands. She is probably the most talented Uilleann piper of her generation and features regularly on TV, radio and as guest artist with many household names in the music industry. Lottie has released several albums in her own right, as supporting artist and also as audio content creator. She is similarly proficient on violin, concertina, piano and whistle.

Greg Clooney

Greg Clooney (Supervising Post-Production Engineer) is a freelance audiovisual engineer based in Dublin. Formerly a House Engineer in Windmill Lane Recording, he has over 13 years experience working on recording, mixing, live and post production sessions across a wide range of visual styles and industries. Greg has been a senior lecturer at Pulse College for the past 12 years, delivering courses across all aspects of media engineering and media technologies. Greg has worked as a consultant to most of the film production houses in Ireland, delivering advice and solutions across all areas of broadcast and film production.

Mai Huang

Mai Huang (Translation) A consultant to the China Banking Regulatory Commission, Mai has been translating English documents from business, finance, marketing and economics to Simplified Chinese language for more than a decade. She holds a master’s degree in Law, and has passed IELTS and Japanese Language Proficiency Test with exemplary scores. She has over 20 research papers published on the CBRC internal media and 17 other papers published in Chinese journals

Chunhua Zhao

Chunhua Zhao (Translation) is a bilingual English/Chinese translator and writer, providing professional writing services on a contractual basis since 2007. She is equally fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Chunhua is an English major, holds a Diploma in Translation studies and can provide authentic Chinese Calligraphy, being certified by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, specialising in Seal Script, Cursive Script, Regular Script and Clerical Script.

                   Matt Sweeney

Matt Sweeney (Sound Design) is a freelance engineer specialising in sound design for film, game and broadcast. Matt has worked extensively in the film industry on feature length productions and on several drama series’. His knowledge of foley and remote recording make him one of the pre-eminent and most sought after sound designers in the business. Matt operates from his own studio in south county Dublin.

Victoria Prestone Doe

Victoria Preston (Post-Production/Audio Content Developer) is a freelance post-production engineer based in Covent Gardens in London where she is partner in an innovative media content and brand development company. Victoria has a wealth of experience developing audio content for such brands as Nike, Sainsburys, Iceland, Coca-Cola and Nestle. Victoria is a guest lecturer in Media Studies at London’s Imperial College.

Sachit Anand

Sachit Anand (recording / Live engineer) is a freelance audio engineer based in Dublin. After graduating with a BA Hons. in music production from Pulse College, he was employed by Windmill Lane Recording as a studio assistant. Sachit’s area of expertise include producing, recording and mixing a wide range of music for both studio and live environments. He has worked with numerous artists from the Irish music scene in both studio and live settings.

Tanya O'Callaghan

Tanya O’Callaghan (Recording/Live Engineer) is an experienced freelancer who has travelled the world with Warner and Sony Music mixing/recording large-scale live audio events. She worked for several years in San Diego and Nashville in live-recording roles before returning to Ireland in 2018 to set up her own business. Tanya currently works from her own studios in County Carlow where she specialises in podcast production for the Asian market.

Fergal Mckeown (Live / Recording Engineer) is a freelance audio engineer located in Dublin. After completing his BA (Hons) in audio and music technology degree from Pulse College, he went on to work in Windmill Lane Recording Studios as a studio assistant where he was involved in a wide variety of recording projects ranging from music of all genres to TV & Radio advertisements, spoken word audio plays and live-streamed events. Recently, he has been working in live sound and as an audio system consultant for live venues.
